Vast amount of educational research has established a concrete direct link between quality Professional Learning and student success. Empowering teachers with the appropriate knowledge and training to address the needs of the students who are living in the era of Information and Knowledge Revolution and need to compete in a global economy is no easy task. Creating such transformational change can only be achieved if all stakeholders commit to providing quality Professional learning (PL) and continuous support during the implementation phase of any new initiative. As a stakeholder, InnovEd is committed to take a process oriented approach to STEM PL to ensure success. For example, this process could include a series of group trainings throughout the first year of implementation, as well as classroom visits and feedback sessions to help addressed and remedy challenges along the way. We wish to partner and provide services for teachers and school districts who are seeking rigorous, hands-on STEM focused PL and are aspired to bring 21st century content knowledge and skills to their students.
