Module Description

The module begins with the main lesson, where students explore two different animal defense mechanisms: camouflage and chemical defenses. They’ll start by creating a model of an insect and explore how it can be camouflaged in different types of habitats. This is followed by a science experiment, demonstrating how the bombardier beetle uses an explosive chemical spray.
